Our "A" rated carrier client is actively seeking a strong accounting & finance manager to oversee and lead their Budget & Purchasing department. This person will manage a small staff handling a wide range of administrative and analytical duties in the development, formulation, presentation, and execution of the corporate budgets and forecasts. This includes developing and training planning staff on reporting and analyzing financials against the plan, providing all communications to leadership on planning, forecasting, and reporting of financials against plan. In addition, this person will manage purchasing structure and will lead the team in providing excellent service to internal customers. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, 6+ years experience in budget & planning duties, and 2 or more years of supervising and leading teams in the accounting & finance arena. Prior experience in the insurance industry is highly preferred and some relocation help provided for the right person.
