Opportunity to join a highly-successful Wealth Management Team in Boston. We are seeking a skilled telemarketing assistant 30 – 40 hours a week to help with scheduling:
- New referred prospects
- Existing clients
- Cold calls
This position requires a detailed-oriented person capable of tracking their calls in-depth within our systems and reporting back with weekly status updates.
It will also require a high volume of calling on a daily-basis. The position will offer a base salary with the opportunity for bonus compensation, and much more for the right individual who stays for the long term. There may be flexibility in hours for an individual who proves they are skilled and want additional flexibility. This position could be ideal for the stay at home parent who has experience as a salesperson and is looking for the right opportunity to get back into sales. A minimum of 2 years phoning and sales experience is desired, as well as a Bachelor’s degree.
Ideal candidate is comfortable with programs, including:
- Customer Relationship Management systems
- Microsoft Office
Ideal candidate is comfortable being proactive in communicating with clients and prospects, but does not want the pressure of selling and building a business as a rep on their own.
