Sales Center Director


Overview

The Sales Center Director is responsible for the strategic planning and execution of all Sales center operations. Core duties include driving sales results., provide leadership for the sales center organization through effective coaching, mentoring and technical expertise, and continually improving processes impacting both the customer and employee experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Motivate, influence and inspire sales front-line leadership (supervisors) to maintain a high level of sales, integrity, and professionalism in achieving individual and organizational goals
  • Analyze individual, team, and enterprise data to ensure sales, productivity, service, and technical accuracy standards are met
  • Develop skills, improve performance, and encourage professional growth of front-line leadership and their team members through effective training, coaching, and feedback
  • Regularly review customer interactions to ensure best practice utilization
  • Conduct regular team meetings with a focus on communicating, motivating, educating, etc.
  • Provide daily updates regarding sales performance, opportunities, and new programs
  • Perform administrative duties as necessary
  • Attract and retain talent through effective recruiting and recognition programs
  • Ensure that each team member has a defined goals and development plan based on their goals and skill development needs
  • Provide each team member a monthly review of successes, opportunities, results, and goals for the upcoming month

Qualifications

  • 2 years minimum managing and leading supervisors/leaders experience
  • Outstanding sales skills and a demonstrated ability to transfer your knowledge to peers or direct reports
  • Extraordinary leadership, coaching, and development
  • Judgment, problem solving, and decision making
  • Planning, organization, multi-tasking
  • Excellent business writing skills
  • 5 years minimum sales experience
  • Ability to obtain P&C licenses as required

  • Familiarity with insurance
  • Professional designations (sales, insurance, leadership, etc.)
  • Bi-lingual (English and Spanish)

  • College degree or equivalent
