Job Summary:

Reporting to the National Benefits Leader (NBL); individual whose primary responsibilities involve performing administrative and clerical functions as a liaison or assistant to the NBL.

Required Competencies:

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to NBL
  • Process data and generate reports using Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Publisher
  • Event planning - coordination with hotel, food vendors, audio visual and others as needed
  • Manage/ post and train others on Sales Force Chatter
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for NBL
  • Setting appointments for NBL with Carrier partners, B&B Team members and others as needed
  • Maintain office records, files, calendars and travel itineraries
  • Answer questions about current projects with B&B team members
  • Operate a personal computer and appropriate software packages or their equivalent
  • Manage internal communication tools
  • Make phone calls to carrier partners and other B&B offices to gather information and aggregate data
  • General understanding of Group Employee Benefit products and services
  • General understanding of the Affordable Care Act
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
