Well established growing Central FL area insurance agency is looking to hire an Employee Benefits Account Executive. This individual will closely with producers and other team members to achieve a high degree of customer satisfaction and account retention. Assigned book will consist of many high profile middle market to large accounts. I am looking to refer an insurance professional that can act with a high degree of independent discretion, autonomy and decision-making that will take ownership in their book of business. Must be able to interact professionally with colleagues, clients, and carrier representatives. Will manage, organize and conduct high level client meetings. Looking for personality plus candidates with an energetic and customer focused aptitude. Must be a team players with excellent written and verbal communication skills. To qualify, candidates should have at least 5+ yrs. of Group Benefits experience with a proficiency at an account executive level. A Florida 215 license, solid group benefits and ancillary coverage expertise and knowledge of Florida markets is a must.
