Provide outstanding service to personal lines clients with focus to retain client base a highest possible levels through quality coverage counseling, superior customer service, timely renewal reviews, account rounding and cross selling services, while adhering to carrier underwriting procedures and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  1. Respond immediately to all customer requests for policy changes
  2. Respond immediately to all customer billing changes / questions
  3. Provide quality coverage recommendations
  4. Be accessible and responsive to all email, phone and/or fax requests
  5. Immediate delivery of all requested insurance documents for 3rd party vendors
  6. Immediate delivery of all requested insurance documents for clients / company personnel
  7. Adherence to all procedures set forth in the personal lines processes
  8. Adherence to all agency rules and guidelines set forth in the employee manual
  9. Timely completion of daily suspense items
  10. Timely processing of renewal procedures
  11. Personal accountability of continued individual knowledge of carrier, regulatory, system& industry changes & updates
  12. Completion of claims procedures
  13. Review of online carrier activity lists
  14. Accurate update of all policy and documentation data in AMS360, WaveTrack, and Pipeline Manager
