As part of our Field Services Department, where superior customer service to our internal and external customers is how we do business, you will be responsible for the supervision of the Services/Imaging Specialist team. The responsibilities include all aspects of personnel management as well as managing the people, systems and processes related to document preparation, indexing and injection into our workflow systems. Other duties include analyzing workflows and other imaging tasks to ensure that they meet or exceed departmental and corporate goals along with supporting the Help Desk and other system processes. This position will partner with IT and participate in various system releases and upgrades.

Excellent customer service and organizational skills, strong PC skills with experience in Microsoft Windows and Office applications, excellent oral and written communication skills and analytical ability are required. The ability to lead change with a sense of urgency and to exercise professional judgment and assume responsibility for decisions is also required.
Three to five years of commercial insurance and/or operations experience, and one to three years of supervisory experience required. Imaging experience is preferred. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred; three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
