Our client is a regional retail agency doing business in the Southeastern US. Applicants must have the skills needed to manage all aspects of account handling and support for clients. This position will assist the Producer in the handling and processing of commercial business. Responsibilities include, managing accounts in accordance with agency standards and workflows. Binding and issuing policies, endorsements, audits; maintaining legal “policy” files, reports and documents; while maintaining and building relationships with clients. Thorough knowledge of commercial insurance coverage required. Strong organization, communication, interpersonal, relationship building skills, multi-tasking skills, and professional image essential.
P&C licensure (Property & Casualty) – or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment required. CISR or CIC designations preferred.
Experience with large/complex commercial accounts required
Experience with Applied system or Epic.
