Our client, a national consultant/brokerage firm, is experiencing huge growth and is looking for a talented sales professional with the desire to develop business in middle market group benefits. The company has a very solid reputation for excellent work for their clients and are unique in that they are a pure benefits shop within an large P&C organization. We are looking for a minimum of two years with a proven track record in business development in an insurance environment, other broker/consulting firm, or payroll/PEO and an entrepreneurial spirit. Prefer some self-funded experience but fully insured is OK. You may have the opportunity to join their “insurance school” in your first year and learn everything you need to be successful in their organization. Must be licensed and be strong at generating leads, networking, and developing and enhancing new and existing relationships while providing excellent client satisfaction. Also required are strong communications and interpersonal skills and the ability to work with people at all levels.
