Position Summary

We are seeking a Workers' Comp Agency Relations Coordinator with a strong background in workers' compensation insurance and agency management. This role is central to ensuring smooth onboarding and communication with our network of insurance agents and policyholders. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in workers' comp insurance as an Account Manager or similar position and excels in relationship management, multi-state coordination, and administrative oversight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a liaison between the organization and appointed agents, fostering positive, professional relationships.
  • Process agency appointments across multiple states, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Maintain detailed records of agent onboarding, renewals, and status changes.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to agents and policyholders via phone and email.
  • Manage administrative access for agency systems and ensure user accounts are up to date.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve process challenges.
  • Track and report appointment progress in internal systems and spreadsheets.
  • Support additional projects and administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in workers' compensation insurance, preferably as an Account Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of multi-state agency appointment processes.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
