About the Role
A leading Property & Casualty fronting carrier specializing in both admitted and non-admitted markets is seeking a Program Operations Manager to support its growing network of Reinsurers, MGAs/Program Administrators, and Insurtech partners. This role is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative, innovative team within a fast-paced and highly respected organization.
As Program Operations Manager, you’ll be the operational backbone for successful MGA onboarding, oversight, and performance. You'll work closely with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and continuous improvements that support underwriting, compliance, finance, and claims functions.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and support onboarding for new program administrators and MGAs.

Oversee operational workflows and services across MGAs, TPAs, and clients.

Lead daily activities tied to program operations, ensuring high-quality performance and ongoing efficiency improvements.

Collaborate across teams — including Underwriting, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Actuarial, and Claims — to deliver consistent, quality operations.

Ensure robust systems, processes, and controls are implemented and maintained.

Produce and manage recurring reports, audits, and regulatory data submissions.

Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners including cedants, brokers, state regulators, and auditors.
What Makes You a Great Fit

Deep knowledge of P&C insurance operations, particularly in the MGA, program, and fronting carrier space.

Strong background in evaluating and designing controls and process improvements for surplus lines and admitted products.

Proven experience managing large, complex data sets and interpreting operational metrics.

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.

Solid understanding of insurance regulatory reporting, data calls, audits, and compliance processes.

Tech-savvy with strong command of data architecture and insurance systems.
