Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage bodily injury and casualty claims from first notice through resolution, including complex and litigated cases.

• Investigate, assess coverage, and determine liability accurately and empathetically.

• Communicate effectively with insureds, claimants, attorneys, and other stakeholders.

• Maintain full file control: documentation, reserve analysis, claim diaries, and status reporting.

• Coordinate field inspections and review estimates to ensure fair, timely settlements.

• Participate in large loss discussions and strategic claims evaluations with internal and external partners.

• Apply expert-level judgment to policy interpretation, subrogation, and tendering.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 4+ years of experience handling non-standard auto bodily injury claims.

• Strong background in casualty claims and applicable state laws and industry best practices.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and modern claims management systems.

• Exceptional communication and documentation skills—clear, professional, and concise.

• Strong decision-making skills and the ability to prioritize under pressure.

• High integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.

• A stable and consistent work history in claims or insurance preferred.
