What We’re Looking For:

Active P&C and Life and/or Health Insurance License in Michigan (or willingness to obtain)

Background in sales, customer service, financial services, or consultative selling

Strong communication skills and comfort with Zoom and digital tools

Self-starter with ambition, coachability, and a growth mindset

Experience in commission-based or remote sales roles is a strong plus
