About the Role

Our client is an industry-leading Property & Casualty insurance carrier known for strategic partnerships with Reinsurers, MGAs/Program Administrators, and Insurtechs. They are currently seeking a Program Operations Manager—a motivated, engaging professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This fully remote position is open to candidates anywhere in the United States.
Key Responsibilities

Contribute to the onboarding of new program administrators

Support ongoing operational tasks and services from MGAs, TPAs, and clients

Manage day-to-day activities of MGA/client relationships

Lead development and efficiency initiatives while addressing needs across internal teams including Underwriting, Finance, Actuarial, Legal, Compliance, CAT, and Claims

Ensure proper systems, processes, and controls are in place and optimized

Assist in producing reports including monthly/quarterly/annual reports, data calls, and documentation for audits
Skills & Experience

Experience designing and evaluating controls within surplus lines and admitted business environments

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proven experience managing and interpreting large and complex data sets

Solid P&C industry knowledge—including underwriting processes and insurance company operations

Tech-savvy with a clear understanding of data and systems architecture
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $130,000 – $140,000
Work Environment: Fully remote within the United States
