About the Role

Our client is an innovative Brokerage General Agency (BGA) backed by a premier specialty finance firm with deep expertise in life insurance. Their mission is to empower independent agents and advisors with access to market-leading products, strategic case design support, and white-glove underwriting services that drive results.

As a Brokerage Director, you'll be a key player in scaling advisor relationships and accelerating revenue growth across the country. You’ll build and nurture connections with independent insurance agents and financial advisors, serving as a go-to resource for life insurance, annuities, premium financing, and life settlements. This is a high-impact, high-reward opportunity for a seasoned relationship builder with deep product knowledge and a strong industry network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and expand partnerships with independent life insurance agents and financial advisors nationwide.

  • Drive business development by onboarding new producers and identifying key growth opportunities.

  • Provide expert product guidance in life insurance, annuities, premium financing, and life settlements.

  • Collaborate with advisors on custom case design strategies that align with client needs and objectives.

  • Deliver white-glove service and underwriting support to help advisors close business efficiently.

  • Leverage carrier relationships and internal resources to streamline case processing and maximize placement.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between advisors and internal operations teams for a seamless experience.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Proven success in a Brokerage Director or similar role within a BGA environment.

  • A strong national network of independent life insurance agents and advisors.

  • Deep understanding of individual life and annuity products; premium financing and life settlement experience is a plus.

  • High emotional intelligence and ability to quickly build credibility and trust with advisors.

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.

  • Self-driven and goal-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a remote, collaborative team.
