About the Role
Our client is an innovative Brokerage General Agency (BGA) backed by a premier specialty finance firm with deep expertise in life insurance. Their mission is to empower independent agents and advisors with access to market-leading products, strategic case design support, and white-glove underwriting services that drive results.
As a Brokerage Director, you'll be a key player in scaling advisor relationships and accelerating revenue growth across the country. You’ll build and nurture connections with independent insurance agents and financial advisors, serving as a go-to resource for life insurance, annuities, premium financing, and life settlements. This is a high-impact, high-reward opportunity for a seasoned relationship builder with deep product knowledge and a strong industry network.
Key Responsibilities

Build and expand partnerships with independent life insurance agents and financial advisors nationwide.

Drive business development by onboarding new producers and identifying key growth opportunities.

Provide expert product guidance in life insurance, annuities, premium financing, and life settlements.

Collaborate with advisors on custom case design strategies that align with client needs and objectives.

Deliver white-glove service and underwriting support to help advisors close business efficiently.

Leverage carrier relationships and internal resources to streamline case processing and maximize placement.

Serve as the primary liaison between advisors and internal operations teams for a seamless experience.
Experience & Qualifications

Proven success in a Brokerage Director or similar role within a BGA environment.

A strong national network of independent life insurance agents and advisors.

Deep understanding of individual life and annuity products; premium financing and life settlement experience is a plus.

High emotional intelligence and ability to quickly build credibility and trust with advisors.

Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Self-driven and goal-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a remote, collaborative team.
