Our client is seeking a general liability claim adjuster with 8-10 years of claim handling experience. Will handle investigation of commercial auto claims, general liability, bodily injury and property damage cases. Responsible for making recommendations and litigation management as necessary. Will attend mediation, arbitration and trials as needed. Review and direct outside vendors. Risk Transfer knowledge is highly desirable and ability to write coverage letters is necessary. A Bachelor degree is strongly preferred, a TX adjuster license is required.
