What we are looking for:

PROPERTY ADJUSTER

NEW YORK CITY AND LONG ISLAND, NEW YORK      

A Current NYS Independent Adjuster License Is Mandatory To Apply

We are seeking an experienced Property Adjuster to handle losses in the Metro New York area for our Jericho, New York office.  The Adjuster's responsibility is to resolve claims through investigating losses and negotiating settlements for First & Third Party property claims involving work both inside and outside the office. A current NYS Independent Adjuster License is a must along with proficiency in using computer estimating software. Thorough knowledge, understanding and interpretation of Property related policies are essential. Applicants should have a minimum of 5 years of solid experience handling both residential and commercial losses and possess strong oral and written communication, problem analysis and organizational skills.

The desirable candidate will possess all the above in addition to a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Compensation for this Commission/Part-time position includes an outstanding bonus program based on individual production.
