SEASONAL CLAIM REPRESENTATIVE
Picture yourself in an exciting Seasonal Claims Representative role…develop your future with Allied Insurance!
Positions available in Kansas City, Western Kansas area, and central Kansas area.
Responsibilities:
Full time seasonal (primarily during summer months) Claims Representatives will investigate, estimate and resolve summer storm damage claims (i.e. homeowner and property losses). You will determine coverage, establish reserves, evaluate loss amounts and settle claims. You will also provide outstanding customer service.
You will work independently within an assigned territory and will report to a supervisor either located in that same territory or located within one of Allied’s regional locations.
Qualifications:
• Strong communication skills
• Customer service experience desirable
• Interest in insurance
• Strong negotiation skills
• Decision making ability
• Ability to work independently
• Willingness to travel extensively from May to August.
• Basic knowledge of construction preferred
*Position includes climbing up to and inspecting rooftops repetitively throughout day.*
*Must have a valid driver’s license and excellent driving record.*
Benefits:
Paid hourly, starting at $12.00 per hour. Company vehicle, cell phone and travel expenses provided. Classroom and on-the-job training is provided.
