We are currently seeking a Regional Marketing Manager to direct and manage the production and retention of new and existing business in assigned territories. Develop relationships with current and potential agent-customers to increase market share, improve customer service, and expand business opportunities. Lead and motivate marketing representatives to achieve business objectives and contribute to strategic planning.
Qualified candidates will have at least 5 years of property-casualty marketing experience and 2-3 years of supervisory/management experience. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and sales skills are required, as is a proven history of contributing to Company results. Frequent travel. This is an exempt position.
