OSI provides multiple audit services and employs a combination of physical, telephone, and voluntary audit functions into any underwriting strategy.As a General Manager you will work from our branch office located in Burbank, CA and perform the following duties:

Manage branch functions

Responsible for maximizing revenue, profits, and other benchmarking goals identified

Excellent knowledge of commercial lines and premium audits

Build a cohesive team to drive new business and motivate field staff

Work with managers and supervisors to create change

Hire and develop field reps

Ability to make tough decisions and stand by them
