Responsibilities:
Gathers, organizes and analyzes data needed to identify trends and make recommendations for training and/or unit programs.
Obtains data from a variety of sources, systems and both internal and external.
Reviews, verifies and analyzes information, which may include source documents, policies, claims files, summons & complaints, incentive data, etc.
Creates documents and presentations for unit and department audiences.
Responsible for maintenance of records and data using various automated systems.
May include creating and maintaining database/server, developing tracking systems/spreadsheets, setting up files, etc.
Compiles data from systems, analyzes/summarizes information, and prepares reports, spreadsheets and/or presentations.
Identify improvements on workflow / productivity, makes recommendations and implements changes upon approval.
SKILLS REQUIRED
Qualifications:
Associate';s degree or equivalent.
Fully effective writing skills, math proficiency and interpersonal skills to provide superior customer service to both internal and external customers.
Effective organizational and time management skills.
Working knowledge of department';s operations and objectives.
Proficiency in personal computer applications and systems which may include Excel, desktop publishing, and department specific systems/applications
