• Provide direction and supervision to Team Managers. 
  
• Assist Managing Director in development of sales plan and coordinates local sales efforts with national and regional sales plans. 
  
• Direct sales solicitation activities of Team Manager personnel. 
  
• Monitor and improve efficiency of unit operations. 
  
• Establish business plan and budget for unit as directed by the Managing Director . 
  
• Monitors billed and unbilled inventory to meet business unit DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) objectives. 

• Ability to travel
  
• A valid drivers license
  
• Personal computer skills
  
• Maintenance of adjuster's license
  
• Ability to effectively manage, supervise, and develop employees

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  
• Previous management experience
