Resolution Health, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of WellPoint (a Fortune 50 company), has an opportunity for a Client Manager in its Columbia, MD offices. Resolution Health translates health information into personal health care guidance, connecting more knowledgeable patients with more informed doctors and care managers to improve the quality and cost effectiveness of health care for each individual.
Serves as the primary point of contact with clients regarding day-to-day operational, technical and customer relations interactions. Coordinates with the Physician Liaison regarding clinical issues. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Guide clients in developing strategic plan, goals, timeline and measures of success for implementing contracted RHI products and services. Schedule and coordinate implementation of contracted RHI products and services for assigned clients. Guide clients in developing strategic plan, goals, timeline and measures of success related to implementation. Coordinate with the client and RHI Operations to determine data requirements, production schedule and deliverables. Oversee all client specifications and/or modifications for contracted RHI products and services. Coordinate with the client and RHI Marketing to develop and implement communication plan for rollout of RHI products and services. Provide clients with the resources, training and services necessary to effectively utilize the products that RHI provides. Analyze client data for QA and identification of opportunities for client to utilize RHI products and services to improve plan performance. Maintain in depth knowledge of current rule set and future rule development plans, communicate this information to clients, assist in the selection of rule sets to be utilized in pilot and full rollout of RHI products and services, and guide clients in continually reviewing and updating rule sets. Maintain working knowledge of all current RHI systems, products and services and basic understanding of future system and product development plans to allow appropriate level of communication with client. Communicate with the development team regarding feedback received from clients in relation to new products and improvements to existing products.
