Responsibilities include: Ensuring services purchased by customer meet and exceed expectations; services delivered are priced appropriately to maximize profitability; Leads consistent delivery of consultative and collaborative sales process to customers on new, renewal and expansion business; responsible for profitable retention of all assigned accounts and all issues are acknowledged timely, addressed appropriately and resolved and analyze loss data of each assigned client to collaborate with client and broker with offering of recommendations to reduce loss costs. Acts as a consultative partner, liaison and advocate between client, broker and internal departments with both ESIS and ACE for resolution of any service issues. Maintain a professional relationship with clients, brokers, underwriting, claims, support operations, field office and home office. Demonstrate organizational skills to handle multiple projects and customers, successful completion of a college level curriculum or six years of equivalent experience, comprehensive knowledge of ESIS service products and concepts, as evidenced by successful experience in providing such products and services to large commercial accounts, ability to proactively identify problems and opportunities, produce alternatives and implement selected solutions, effective oral and written communication and negotiation skills, strong presentation skills with emphasis on informal sales techniques.
