Assurant offers a full line of Worksite and Voluntary products through the broker distribution channel. Unlike some benefit providers who may try to force fit companies into prepackaged plans, we take the time to learn about a client';s company, employees and business environment.  This allows us to tailor a solution for employers with benefits they really need.


Responsibilities include:


  • Daily interaction with Sales Representatives, Home Office Staff, Brokers and Policyholders

  • Manage all aspects of account enrollment and re-enrollment processes

  • Will conduct the enrollment event in lieu of external resources if needed

  • Manage relationships with vendors and contract enrollers

  • Manage and monitor enrollment expectations

  • Participate in the development and implementation of strategic enrollment initiatives and technology solutions

  • Improve the productivity, efficiency, and service levels across the enrollment services

  • Recruit, contract and train contract enrollers

  • Schedule external resources assuring that are all properly licensed, contracted and trained on AEB products

  • Coordinate submission of the group to Home Office


SKILLS REQUIRED

Qualifications include: 


  • 3-5 years working experience in worksite and/or voluntary products

  • Licensed in Life / Health

  • Bi-lingual skills beneficial

  • Strong planning and organizational skills

  • Strong presentation skills

  • Results oriented

  • Ability to build strong relationships

  • Excellent time-management skills

  • A great work ethic

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • College degree preferred
