Perform complex product development functions involving product research and target market selection, development of product offerings, product life cycle assessment and rate level establishment. Exhibit in-depth knowledge of the P & C insurance industry to develop and implement effective and efficient design and pricing.
Qualifications: 7+ years experience in Product Development or related field. 2+ years prior management experience preferred. CPCU, CIC and/or other insurance industry designations preferred. Bachelor or Associate degree (or equivalent experience). In-depth familiarity with personal lines rating algorithms, rate-making techniques and personal lines underwriting.
