The Executive Development Program is an intensive training program that will provide you with all of the tools necessary to have a successful sales career at Cottingham & Butler. As part of this program, you will spend the first year in our Dubuque, IA office learning about the various functions within your department and work with a mentor in our sales department. Upon completion of the program, you will transition into a Sales Executive position in our Madison, WI office.
Our Sales Executives are responsible for growing our company by developing new business relationships and expanding business with current clients. The Sales Executives often work with senior management of our client companies to determine their insurance and risk management needs. While working to develop the right strategy to provide cost effective products and services, the Sales Executives build lasting relationships with their clients.
The position requires a Bachelor's degree, strong negotiating and analytical skills, and the desire to 'make things happen.' Travel is required.
