If you are looking for a position where you can capitalize on your relationship building skills AND your financial analysis skills, look no further! Cottingham & Butler is looking for an Account Executive in our Captive Division.
The primary responsibilities of the position include:
* Participating in sales calls to explain the benefits of captive ownership
* Acting as primary contact for clients to ensure that they are serviced with excellence
* Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with all captive service providers
* Negotiating terms with the various captive service providers
* Reviewing and interpreting various financial reports in order to deliver recommendations on operational items to the captive board
* Organizing and attending board meetings, to include preparing the agenda, attaining board input and approval, and identifying and scheduling speakers
* Educating internal sales team on the criteria needed to be eligible for membership in captives
The qualifications for this position are:
* 5+ years of insurance experience (marketing, underwriting, account management, or sales)
* Insurance Designations preferred
* Bachelors Degree in Business-related major
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Articulate oral and written communication skills
* PC skills, to include Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required
