The responsibilities of the Captive Account Manager include: * Acting as primary contact for clients to ensure that they are serviced with excellence * Develop and maintain positive working relationships with all captive service providers. * Negotiating terms with the various captive service providers. * Reviewing and interpreting various financial reports in order to deliver recommendations on operational items to the captive board. * Organizing and attending board meetings, to include preparing the agenda, attaining board input and approval, and identifying and scheduling speakers. * Educating internal sales team on the criteria needed to be eligible for membership in captives. * Participating in sales calls as needed to explain the benefits of captive ownership.
The qualifications for this position are: * 5+ years of insurance experience (marketing, underwriting, account management, or sales) * Insurance Designations preferred * Bachelors Degree in Business-related major * Excellent interpersonal skills * Articulate oral and written communication skills * PC skills, to include Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required
