Provides effective litigation support in all phases of the litigation process under the supervision of an attorney. Must have an understanding of tort, insurance and contract law as well as the rules of evidence and civil procedure, no-fault if applicable, and the rules of the road. Conducts legal research for attorneys.
Ideal candidate will have 5+ years of expereince in insurance defense. A paralegal certificate or degree in civil litigation is preferred.
