GAINSCO Auto Insurance has an immediate openings for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for our Policy Services/Underwriting Department in Dallas, Texas . 

Description:

·          Handle inbound calls from agents and customers in a high call volume environment

·          Assist agents with new business and endorsement quotes 

·          Answer questions regarding policy status, billing and company underwriting guidelines 

·          Must be knowledgeable of and understand underwriting guidelines for   multiple states

·          Underwrite and issue new business policies submitted to company including review of related underwriting reports such as CLUE and MVR 

·          Process endorsements 

·          Review renewal policies
