Summary of Role: To perform the necessary duties related to the Membership Services department. Prepare, process and review contractor information. Has administrative responsibility for network contractor's program requirements and participation, including obtaining deliverables, processing applications, and acting as contact person for a geographic territory of contractors.
Responsibilities:
- Obtain deliverables from contractors on a regular basis, consistent with client standards, including but not limited to: running credit reports, receiving copies of licenses and certifications, insurance certificates, applications and application fees.
- Review and process all aspects of the contractor application, which include: application packets, status updates, references, ratings, agreements and site narratives.
- Audit and track contractor files, which include: financials, insurance, credit reports and re-certification.
- Process new contractor selections and track receiving deliverables.
- Coordinate contractor applications and summaries with District Managers and Insurers.
- Serve as point of contact/resource and liaison for District Managers and contractors.
- Present program to potential network contractors (how... notify of selection?)
- Act as point of contact for contractors within a given region.
- Assign claims to contractors, and notify of selection for insurance programs.
- Update and maintain contractor files with current deliverables.
- Create and send correspondence requesting deliverable updates.
- Interact with field staff regarding noncompliance issues.
- Process applications, including making reference calls, and auditing application for complete information.
- Update web-based programs with contractor information.
- Upholds the Crawford Code of Business Conduct at all times.
- Performs other duties as requested.
Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience; a minimum of 2 years equivalent experience in customer service position.
Knowledge and Skills: * Utilize internal web-based programs * Daily use of MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook) * Highly detailed and organized with ability to handle a great deal of data * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to deal with difficult issues under pressure, and provide necessary communication to field staff, and insurer clients * Daily use of office equipment: fax machines, copiers, printers, personal computer
Decision Making/Interaction: * High level of attention to detail * Understand the business-to-business relationship, and deal with all communication effectively, and in a customer oriented fashion. * Adherence to procedures and guidelines for network participation of clients * Excellent communication skills to notify proper departments of noncompliance issues
