Performs as the catastrophe (CAT) claim and quality expert by utilizing strong claim expertise, as well as knowledge and skills related to quality methodologies, concepts and tools. Determines compliance with corporate and Claim Division procedures and policies. Reviews and audits catastrophe claims files and performs field re-inspections at catastrophe sites to evaluate the quality of claim handling. Analyzes data and develops reports to identify training and procedural needs. Will interact with the customer as needed during the re-inspection process.
