The Property/Auto Lines Performance Sr. Analyst analyzes and monitors the performance of the Personal Lines book of business and provides recommendations to division management based on performance data. Provides expertise to internal and external business partners regarding line initiatives and profit and growth. Reports to product line director and serves as advisor on all issues related to line level profit and growth.

Specialized Knowledge and Skills Requirements

Demonstrated experience performing complex financial, actuarial or business analysis.
Demonstrated experience planning, managing, and/or leading complex projects or initiatives.
Extensive knowledge and understanding of advanced financial and data analysis techniques.
Strong knowledge of insurance industry and insurance-related financial concepts.
Strong understanding of market research and marketplace trends in Personal Lines Coverage.

Additional Details

Experience working with financial models is preferred.
Experience identifying and tracking key performance metrics is preferred.
Experience identifying and tracking key ITV (Insurance to Value) metrics is preferred.
