Job Announcement: Claims Customer Service Representative
As a member of company’s claims team, responsible to effectively and efficiently respond to claims inquiry calls from our customers. Assist in basic customer service procedures and routing information in a prompt and courteous manner. Respond to customer inquiries on claim files. Professionally answer telephone calls, respond to routine questions, and reroute calls when appropriate. Share customer concerns with Claims Manager to promptly and effectively address any outstanding issues. Accurately input information into the claims system via computer. Consistently provide top-tier, high-level customer service to our customers and claimants. One (1) year of homeowners claims or customer service experience with multi-peril policies REQUIRED. Florida adjusting, agent, or CSR license REQUIRED. BILINGUAL (SPANISH-ENGLISH IS CRITICAL). Must have excellent computer skills and a pleasant telephone voice.
