We have an excellent opportunity for a Sales and Marketing Account Representative, ACE Online, in our Cherry Hill, New Jersey location and invite you to join us.
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Agency Sales and Service • Implement producer marketing campaign • Process Excess and Surplus Lines documents • Responsible for attainment of stated production goals • Underwrite new submissions to determine program eligibility and pricing for multiple products • Process acceptable submissions through Ace platforms • Maintain NewMarkets Database • Coordinate producer communications • Manage full policy life cycle, including endorsements, cancellations and renewals • Meet defined service metrics Billings and Commissions • Calculate and process Producer commission payments monthly • Bill new business, renewal and endorsement premiums in the AFW system • Create and distribute monthly financial reports • Research and resolve billing and commission issues • Coordinates transfer of premiums payments from NewMarkets to ACE
Miscellaneous • Maintain agency files in compliance with NewMarkets Operations Manual • Participate in internal audits • Coordinate new producer appointment and licensing processes • Process producer loss run requests • Represent NewMarkets at Company and Industry events • Update NewMarkets Operations Manual as needed • Complete special projects and assignments as needed
SCOPE Working independently, reports to New Markets National Sales Manager; may report to Senior Client Service Representative (team leader).
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS • 2-4 Years Agency or Underwriting experience • Knowledge/proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite of products (Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint) • Expert knowledge/proficiency of Internet • Critical thinking skills
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS • P&C Licensed • Strong mathematical skills • Strong interpersonal skills • Demonstrates sense of urgency • Detail oriented
