Additional responsibilities include handling moderate to complex transactions and requests related to one or more customer service functions such as taking payments or updating customer records.
By understanding the value and benefits of AAA membership and through a consultative sales approach, you will capitalize on the opportunity to up-sell or cross-sell additional products and services we offer.
Part time opportunities are available during the following days/hours: Monday - Saturday 10am-7pm and Sunday 11am-4pm.
Bilingual language skills are preferred.
Knowledge and Skills Required: High School diploma or equivalent A minimum of two years sales or customer service experience One - two years of experience in retail sales Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Outlook etc) Clear verbal and written communication skills
