Under the supervision of the Regional Vice President, Client Services, maintains market share by providing excellent customer service and account management to medium size Broadspire clients. Manages assigned accounts by analyzing, directing and coordinating the service needs of these clients, including those related to claim handling, loss data, and cost containment, and assists with billings and collections. Negotiates and facilitates the successful renewal of account service contracts, assuring team collaboration in accordance with customer needs and expectations. Increases market share by selling additional service to existing clients. Provides account management to larger programs with visibility and growth retention. Develops relations with brokers and insurance carriers.
Responsibilities: * Communicates and enforces ethical business practices and compliance with laws and regulations of jurisdiction. * Maintains product quality through compliance with service standards and client instructions. * Supports accounts receivable to encourage positive cash flow and to minimize aged accounts receivable. * Monitors and improves efficiency of the dedicated unit operations. * Upholds and projects the corporate image by participating in industry organizations and functions. * Evaluates and recommends the continuing professional education of personnel.. * Interprets client requests and converts into programs that can be implemented effectively by Broadspire. * Maintains scheduled contacts with client to identify and resolve customer problems. * Manages contract renewals with client including proposal preparation and negotiations with management direction and support. * Prepares client reporting to include performance monitors, stewardship reports and macro analysis with management assistance * Coordinates and oversees completion of client service plans and project activity with designated staff. * Develops action plans for improving product delivery and foster client satisfaction.
Required: * Prior Account Executive and/or Claims Management experience * Medium travel required * Operations, process and technical knowledge * Management skills * Salesmanship * Thorough knowledge of services being delivered by branch office * Excellent knowledge of Broadspire products and services, general insurance principles, terminology, customs and services
Preferred: * Bachelor's degree
