Summary of Responsibilities:
In connection with the recent expansion of its Executive Assurance Division, Arch is looking to add an attorney to its Legal Department. The position would be at an Assistant Vice President level. Primarily, this position will be devoted to servicing the legal needs of our Executive Assurance Division, including very substantial coverage wording duties. Our ideal attorney candidate would have substantial experience drafting management liability (D&O, EPL, Fiduciary, etc.) coverage wordings and/or handling related claims.
Detailed list of Responsibilities:
Education & Experience: 5 to 10 years of legal experience.
Preferred Technical Skills: Microsoft Office Products Advanced Excel and Word
