SUMMARY: Investigate, evaluate, and settle bodily injury and property damage claims.
PRIMARY DUTIES: Conduct investigation and develop factual and medical investigation plan. Obtain and review appropriate policies and verify coverage. Complete analysis of injuries and medical reports or property damage. Complete evaluation (liability/exposure) and establish reserve with rationale. Manage pending inventory, settle existing files. Provide high level of customer service.
EDUCATION/COURSE OF STUDY: College degree or equivalent work experience.
CERTIFICATES/DEGREES: Licenses as required by state regulation.
COMPUTER SKILLS: Keyboard skills and proficient in Word
