This is a mid level position supporting the Executive Administration team. This position is a support function and combines administrative, analytical, and reporting responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

The salary range is from $32,000-$36,000.

Education: BA/BS in Business or equivalent is desired.

Experience:Minimum of one to three (1-3) years Administrative experience.

Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret. Ability to produce accurate reports and conduct business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in all formats (written, individual, small group, large group) and respond to questions. Also comfortable communicating issues or concerns.

Organizational Ability: Ability to organize, track and report out on current and future projects. Ability to multi-task and keep multiple, disparate, time sensitive projects on track. Ability to organize in such manner as to allow others to quickly follow progress of current projects

Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, and establish facts. Can employ forward thinking - able to anticipate feasible report structures and analysis. Ability to think creatively outside the box and be resourceful, when necessary. Ability to resolve issues and draw reasonable conclusions independently.

Math Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as to add, subtract, multiply and divide, discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages correctly. Ability to compute rates and ratios, perform linear regressions and to draw and interpret graphs. Understanding of statistical methods.

Computer Skills: A thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required (Word, Excel, Power Point). Advanced proficiency in Excel is necessary. Advanced knowledge with pivot tables is a plus. Ability to easily learn new software programs.
