New Senior Business Development and Operations Position at our World Headquarters in Atlanta.
Reporting to the Senior Vice President-Marketing and Business Development-Americas, this position manages all aspects of the Marine and Transportation technical loss adjusting business for the Americas.
? Develop and maintain relations with Marine and Transportation customers in North America, Central America and South America to monitor their business developments and recommend business plans
? Identify market segments that are underdeveloped and make proposals to ensure short and long term growth
? Work closely with global management team to develop and implement strategic sales plan.
? Deliver sales presentations to prospective key clients to facilitate the closing
? Work closely with senior leadership to identify, assess and develop new products and entry strategies into new markets
Requirements:
? Requires a Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, sales, marketing, or risk management, advance degree in business or marketing desired
? 10 years of proven experience in insurance claims business development and adjusting with an emphasis on marine and transportation claims and at least 5 years of demonstrated managerial experience
? Proven experience and successful track record in new business development and consultative selling
