Position Summary Kemper, a Unitrin Business, is seeking an Administrative Assistant II to work in Jacksonville, Florida to provide administrative support to the Senior VP of Marketing and other executive department leaders. The principal emphasis is on performing high level administrative or financial functions requiring the exercise of independent judgment and discretion. May coordinate complex administrative activities across multiple organizational units.
Position Requirements • Three or more years of administrative experience (corporate executive assistant experience preferred). • Requires the ability to analyze and interpret data while making independent decisions. • Strong experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. • Education equivalent to graduation from high school, supplemented by courses in word processing, office procedures and typing, or the equivalent in related work experience. • Demonstrates effective and diplomatic oral and written communication skills. • Must have excellent attention to detail, organization and planning, confidentiality and problem solving abilities.
