Schedule Required: Branch Hours Monday - Friday 9:30 am - 5:30 pm Saturdays (2 a month) 9:30 am - 5:00 pm
Purpose: Enhance Member Value through the sales and service of insurance products. Generate revenue for the Agency to reduce the Club s dependency on dues income.
Properly place new business insurance policies to support Agency objectives, optimize profitability with MAIG and maintain long-term relationships with Agency Carriers.

Duties/Responsibilities/Scope Solicit business, qualify applicants, counsel customers concerning coverage and/or policy changes, quote insurance rates, and accurately complete new insurance applications.
Place customers in appropriate market using company and Agency prescribed guidelines.
Successfully navigate required computer applications (MPS, CRM, carrier application, Intranet, contact management system.
Recognize and maintain fiduciary responsibility to collect down payments and premiums and to protect customers confidentiality and privacy in accordance with Club and regulatory requirements.
Execute and facilitate Insureds service requests, while anticipating account rounding and cross-selling opportunities.
Complete training and continued education and professional development programs, as required.
As approved by management, represent AAA Mid-Atlantic Insurance Agency in public forums to enhance networking and sales opportunities.
Support the sales and service of all Club products and benefits, Complete related tasks and duties as directed by Agency Management (and Retail Office Managers as appropriate). At a minimum, devote 50% (fifty percent) of efforts to new business sales and/or retention of existing Agency business, based upon priority of responsibilities as assigned by management. Requirements Experience: -Associate's degree or equivalent work experience/education -2 years of customer service or sales experience in an Insurance environment or related industry (e.g., financial services, banking, etc.) or equivalent
Requirements: -Property & Casualty licenses required within 90 days from hire date -Specialized skills acquired through job experience, training, and/or education -Interpret and/or analyze complex work situations -Works independently with only general guidance -Requires high level of tact and integrity -Continuous focus on development of own skills and knowledge
