Job Description
The ability to develop, execute and evaluate targeted marketing communications via multiple media venues will be necessary. A qualified candidate will possess knowledge of current graphic design software and will be capable of producing graphic art and visual materials for both web and direct mail communications within tight time frames. This position requires a candidate who enjoys a fast paced environment and demonstrates the ability to multi-task and prioritizes objectives on the fly. This is not solely a graphic design position. The right fit will be detail oriented and enjoy doing all of the “little” things associated with a fun, fast paced marketing position.
Job Title: Graphic Design Marketing Specialist
Department: Marketing
Reports to: Marketing Director
FLSA Status: Exempt
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Other duties may be assigned.
- Design and develop direct and email communications, including “one off” and template communications.
- Posses the ability to freely convert artwork into multiple software formats for delivery to outside vendors.
- Obtain and distribute various promotional items consistently to the agency base.
- Design and develop creative documents to assist our agents in selling our products.
- Coordinate convention scheduling for all states.
- Update content on company website.
- Miscellaneous clerical duties: filing, copy work, etc.
Prior property and casualty insurance experience is preferred but not necessary.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
