We are looking for a top-quality Business Operations Analyst to join a fast-paced, aggressive-growth company. Primary responsibilities for this position include leading multiple vendor management and expense improvement initiatives. Identify, recommend, and implement solutions/methods that will optimize vendor efficiencies and cost savings.

Job Responsibilities:
•Responsible for analyzing vendor service level agreements, invoices, and contract renewals.
•Develop reconciliation processes and reports to highlight positive and negative expense trends.
•Document existing agreements and develop contract renewal processes to ensure current third party vendor services are still required and cost efficient.
•Interact with third party vendors, perform initial contract negotiations and create detailed business cases for senior and executive management.
•Present recommendations, results and financial impact to senior management and finance leaders--includes face-to-face discussions and group presentations.
•Collaborate with subject matter experts in different operating departments—primarily IT, Sales, Finance and Claims—bridging communication gaps and significantly reducing information barriers regarding vendors.

Requirements:
•Prefer a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
•Experience in multiple business areas preferably with a P & C insurance company.
•1-3 years of experience as a business operations/expense analyst.
•Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment.
•Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
•Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
•Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
•Experience in maintaining project and support documentation.
•Strong analytical ability and logical thinking, ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
•High level of proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point, and MS Access
