Hallmark Insurance Company is focused on providing outstanding customer service in a timely and accurate manner in a fast paced, high expectation environment. Due to our continued growth, the following employment opportunities are available:
Insurance Service Associates Trainee, Jr. & Sr. level positions handling a high volume of inbound calls and live chat in order to assist our agents and insureds with policy questions or concerns. Perform underwriting and policy service processing for new and existing business.
Qualified Candidates must have:
Customer Service or call center background with professional telephone etiquette
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bilingual Spanish a plus
Jr. & Sr. levels minimum of 1 year industry experience and college degree preferred.
Full and Part Time positions available Monday - Saturday
Various work schedules
Evening shifts available
