Position Summary:
Enhance individual, team and organizational effectiveness through the development and delivery of learning and development initiatives in support of ACE's and Combined Insurance's business objectives

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Partner with HR business partners and to assess specific organizational effectiveness needs
•Design and deliver learning and development solutions appropriate to business and organizational needs.  Solutions could include:
     ?Delivery of existing or tailored training programs for corporate and field management
     ?Design and delivery of customized organizational development interventions
     ?Individual consultation with HR regarding organizational and individual performance   improvement
•Manage and recommend improvements to existing initiatives

SCOPE
•Position reports to SVP, Human Resources at Combined Insurance. Position will work closely with SVP, Global Learning and Development and other Learning and Development professionals at ACE.
•Position partners with other HR business partners to accomplish tasks

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
•10+ years overall business experience
•10+ years Human Resources and/or Learning and Development experience with a minimum of 7 years in a dedicated Learning and Development role in a large organization
•Ability to conduct training needs assessments
•Knowledge of and experience in organization development and leadership development
•Demonstrated experience in the design and delivery of management training programs
•Knowledge of and experience in implementing and utilizing on-line training programs
•Ability to implement evaluation processes to measure training effectiveness
•Record of continuously progressive experience in responsibilities in previous roles
•Insurance industry experience a plus
•Demonstrated evidence of having added practical value to business objectives in previous roles
•Strong influence and consultative skills
•Strong written and verbal communications skills
•Some travel required
•Bachelor's degree required
