This position has flexible hours that will average 15- 20 hours per week. POSITION SUMMARY: The Support Analyst Intern works as a member of the TeamTrack Administration team for maintaining the TeamTrack/Serena’s Business Mashups (SBM) Workflow Management Tool. The successful Support Analyst Intern must have a good understanding of analysis, defect tracking, and change management. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: THE FOLLOWING ARE THE USUAL, BASIC AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION. THESE FUNCTIONS ARE NOT TO BE CONSTRUED AS AN EXHAUSTIVE LIST OF ALL RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES, AND SKILLS REQUIRED. • Provide user support for TeamTrack/SBM Workflow Management tool. • Perform tool administration tasks that support the various workflows currently available in the tool. • Support development of new workflows as and when required. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: • Ability to use Microsoft Office Systems including Word, Access, Excel and Visio. • Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and changing environment; must be flexible. • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with others, particularly in teams. • Must have good oral and written communications skills. REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: • Student currently enrolled in Computer Science, MIS, or Information Science program with at least 24 credit hours in relevant major • Letter of recommendation from one professor in the intern’s major program • GPA of 3.0 or higher PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Prior Application Development, Business Systems analysis and/or Support experience. • Knowledge of SDLC, release and documentation tools. • Prior knowledge of / experience with analysis, issue management, change management PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: This position requires the ability to sit for long periods of time, hear and converse over the telephone and in-person, and key frequently on a computer (2 or more hours per day).
