RESPONSIBILITIES: • Perform quality review of WC claim registrations and manual payments. • Research, analyze and correct issues appearing on the office processing error reports. • Monitor work flow distribution. • Training of new employees. • Respond timely to all client inquiries with minimal supervision. • Backup support to Manager. • Assists Operations team with other functions as assigned. • Prepare monthly quality review reports for Management. SCOPE INFORMATION: This position reports to the Operations Manager. There are no positions reporting into this position. QUALIFICATIONS: • Requires some previous experience and basic knowledge of claims processing. • Basic typing skills with ability to effectively utilize computer screens. • Strong customer service orientation. • Analytical and organizational ability. • Ability to work independently. • Good verbal and written communication skills. • Works well within a team environment. • Committed to high standards of behavior and performance. • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
